SANTA'S VILLAGE 

Every Person will need a ticket to enter Santa’s Village
£7.50 per person

For an additional cost of £15.00 per child, you can visit Santa's Grotto and be accompanied by 2 adults 

Santa's Village opens from

 Sunday, 30th November 2025, 

with time slots available from

 1pm to 6pm

We are open Christmas Eve hours

10am to 4pm. 

Please note that we offer disabled access, and guide dogs are welcome. For efficient event management, make sure to reserve your tickets in advance to enjoy the festive fun.

🎅 Santa’s Grotto £15.00 to be added per child

If you’d like to meet Santa in his Grotto, this must be added at the time of booking.
Additional cost: £15.00 per child

After visiting Santa in his grotto, you can continue to enjoy the magic of Santa's Village experience. 

Your journey begins with a visit to Santa if you have booked the Santa's Grotto experience, bringing the magic of the season to life. 

This is where the magic begins. 

Then... the magic continues. 

Take a walk through the North Pole, where you can capture your own photos throughout the experience. 

Next, visit Santa's workshop, where you will have the chance to design your very own Christmas decoration using stickers to take away with you. 

Following that, you will arrive at Santa's Village, where you can see the wishing tree and make your wish. 

You can stroll around the village and meet some of Santa's friends, who will be delighted to meet you. And don’t forget your camera to capture the magic. 

You can also visit the candy store and the toy shop or relax in Monty's Bar & Cafe, making it one of the most magical Christmas experiences for families this holiday season.
