Terms and Conditions

 Santa Claus is very pleased to be opening ,there are however, just a few terms and conditions you will need to be aware of before you visit.  

1. Santa's Village is operational on the following dates and times:

Every day from Sunday 30th November 2025 to 24th December 2025 

1pm to 4pm and 5pm to 8pm  

2. The Santa’s Grotto is operational on the following dates and times:

30th November -1st December - 5th December - 6th December - 7th December - 8th December - 12th December - 13th December - 14th December - 15th December - 19th December - 20th December - 21st December - 22nd December - 23rd December and 24th December. All times for each date are:      1pm to 4pm and 5pm to 8pm    

3. Tickets for the Santa’s Grotto experience at Park Hall Stadium can only be pre-booked in advance and  must be paid for in full at the time of booking.  

4. The Santa’s Grotto experience can be booked on line via the website e5e4.co.uk

5. Tickets for the Santa’s Grotto Experience are non-refundable and non-transferable.  

6. Wristbands must be worn at all times and not tampered with. 

7. Ticket holders are requested to arrive a minimum of 10 minutes before the time allocated, please  note: it may not be possible to accommodate late comers.  

8. If you have tickets to the Santa’s Grotto  and are planning to visit Santa's Village first, please allow at least45 minutes to complete your visit to the village before your timeslot elapses for Santa's Grotto: it may not be possible to accommodate late comers.

9. Every possible effort is made to ensure that gifts from Santa are suitable for each child. (Where available)  

10. Lost, unwanted and damaged gifts cannot be replaced or exchanged.  

11. The journey through the village to the grotto is by foot,  prams and infant buggies are permitted. 

12. For safety you are requested to stay within the walk way marked and must not deviate from the walkways.

13. Please Note, access to the Grotto and Santa's village is accessible to all. (guide dogs)  must be on a lead or a suitable restraint used.

14. Warning of lights, strobe lights, sound effects and visual displays

15. Photographs will be allowed  and as such there may be flashing photography and photos graphs taken in all public/event spaces.

16. Children must have adult supervision at all times.  Adult age (minimum 18 years)

17. The management reserve the right to refuse admission.  if this is the case, no refund would be issued

18. The management have the right to remove you from the premises of this event and no refund would be offered/given.

19. If for any reason we are unable to operate the Santa’s Grotto experience due to unforeseen  circumstances (e.g. extreme weather) guests will be notified at the earliest opportunity. However, if  the experience remains open during such circumstances, refunds will not be given.

20. No abuse will be tolerated what so ever.

21. If for any reason you are deemed as not responsible to enter the event you will be refused entry and no refund will be given.

22. We are not responsible for any loss/damage caused throughout the visit to Park Hall Stadium. 

23. All damages/breakages will need to be paid for by the person/animal/item that has made the damage.
