Santa's Village FAQs

Every guest will need a ticket to enter Santa’s Village –
£7.50 per person

🎅 Santa’s Grotto
Available Friday to Monday only
During both sessions:
1:00pm – 4:00pm and 5:00pm – 8:00pm

If you’d like to meet Santa in his Grotto, this must be added at the time of booking.
Additional cost: £15.00 per person

📌 Spaces are limited to see Santa – please book early to avoid disappointment!

If you’ve booked to see Santa, you’ll be given a Grotto time slot on arrival, within your selected session time.

You’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the full Santa’s Village experience both before or after your visit to the Grotto!

When you click the ‘Book Tickets’ button, you’ll be taken to an external booking system hosted by Fanbase – the official ticketing platform for The New Saints FC (TNS).

Here’s how it works:

1. Select the number of tickets you’d like for Santa’s Village (£7.50 per person).
    
2. You’ll then be taken to a registration page – you’ll need to create an account or log in to continue.
    
3. Once registered, you’ll be directed back to the ticket page, where you’ll have the chance to add Santa’s Grotto to your booking (£15.00 per person).
    Please remember: Grotto visits are only available Friday to Monday and have limited availability.
   
    

🎅 You’ll receive your Santa’s Grotto time slot on arrival, and you’ll be free to enjoy the full Santa’s Village experience before and after your visit.

Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tickets.
Your tickets will also be stored in your Fanbase wallet.

🎟️ Please bring your confirmation email with you – this includes:

• Your QR code for entry to Santa’s Village
   
• Proof of Santa’s Grotto add-on, if selected
   

✅ Tickets are required for entry to both Santa’s Village and Santa’s Grotto.
🚫 Unfortunately, no ticket = no entry, so please make sure you have your confirmation ready when you arrive.

When visiting Santa’s Grotto, up to two adults may accompany each booking.

📌 For example: If one child is booked to see Santa, two adults can join them for the Grotto visit at no extra cost.

This helps ensure a magical and comfortable experience for everyone!

🚪 Please head to the main entrance of the stadium.
🎄 Santa’s Village is located just inside to the right.

🎅 If you’ve booked to see Santa in his Grotto, you’ll be guided to the Grotto entrance during your visit.

Step inside Santa’s cosy home, where you’ll be greeted by one of his friendly Elves!

✨ While Santa gets ready to meet you in his snug, the Elf will help you make some magical reindeer food to take home — perfect for Christmas Eve.

Then it’s time to meet Santa himself!
You’ll have a special moment to chat about what’s on your Christmas list, whether you’ve been naughty or nice, and share in the festive spirit.

📸 You’re welcome to take your own photos, or ask Santa’s Elf to snap one for you!

Before you leave, Santa will give you a special wishing coin and a small present to take home — a magical end to a memorable visit.

 Please arrive promptly at the entrance to the Christmas Grotto at the time of your booked session.

🎟️ Our team will need to scan your booking barcode to allow entry to the event. Please ensure you bring one of the following:

• Your confirmation email with barcode (shown on your smartphone or tablet)
   
• A printed copy of your booking confirmation email, including the barcode
   

🚗 We can get extremely busy, especially during peak times. Please allow plenty of time to arrive, park, and make your way to the stadium entrance before your session begins.

 If you miss your allocated time slot for Santa’s Grotto, we cannot guarantee a new appointment due to limited availability and capacity restrictions.

Please make sure to allow enough time to arrive so you don’t miss out on this magical experience.

 The toilets are located in the entrance hallway.

We recommend using the toilets upon arrival to help avoid queues later and keep your visit comfortable.

 Your visit to Santa’s Village should take up to 1 hour (60 minutes).

Please allow plenty of time to fully enjoy the experience and avoid feeling rushed.

 You’re welcome to take your own photos at Park Hall Stadium (Santa’s Village and Grotto).

Please be mindful and do not photograph or film children other than your own, to respect privacy and safeguarding guidelines.

 Drinks are available to purchase at Monty’s Bar & Cafe.
Sweets and treats can be bought from the sweet stall in Santa’s Village. 

 Due to limited spaces and capacity, no changes, refunds, or exchanges can be made once your booking is confirmed.

 You have a 1-hour time slot to enjoy the full Santa’s Village experience. 

 We truly appreciate your support in making this one-of-a-kind event a success. Your involvement helps us create a magical experience and supports our local community.

All helpers and volunteers will be asked to provide some personal information to enable us to carry out DBS checks and ensure everyone’s safety. This may include:

• Health information
   
• Next of kin details
   
• Character references (only with your consent)
